Family Fun Day Promotion

Timeless Portraits has put together a Fund raiser that is not only fun the kids but for the parents too. All families would sign up to come in for a free 8x10 portrait of their family. The photographer would all take additional shots including, mom and dad, siblings, and singles of the kids. We would print out a set of proofs including all poses taken and attach it to one of these order forms which we have included with this offer. The parents have about a week to bring all orders in which if the only portrait they would like to have is the 8x10, then they can keep the proof sheet along with order form, order later, and they still will receive there 8x10 portrait in the mail. We will be including CD's of all images on certain portrait packages this year.

Now that we have explained how the system works, let's talk about the benefits for this Fund-raiser. First, we all ready now number one that each family will receive their free 8x10 portrait .The percentage the school receives is 20% back all on returned orders. So, of course the more family's that sign up and accurate space and time is provided, the potential for extra money that goes directly to your school is incredible. We guarantee at least $200 to each school that participate.. Would also like to mention that all staff will receive 50% off their packages and one additional sheet of their choice.

Since this is the beginning of the year we can schedule you for any time of the year. This offer is first come first serve basis.
